Is There Such A Thing As A Simple Way To Lose Weight?

By Emily Baker

Losing weight can seem not only like a chore, but often times like an impossible one. After all, between balancing life, work, school, family, etc., who has tons of extra time to make it to the gym?!

Maintaining a healthy diet and exercising on a regular basis is always the best way to lose weight. If you are struggling with those or just want to add a boost to your diet or exercise plan, supplements can help a lot of people. One of these supplements that is fairly new to the market is known as pure green coffee bean extract.

Featured on the Dr. Oz show, pure green coffee bean extract is a powerful supplement whose key ingredient is chlorogenic acid (rather than loads of caffeine, which you may have expected). This compound, long recognized as an antioxidant, doesn't merely speed up your metabolism (thusly lowering your appetite) momentarily, but rather it works by slowing the release of glucose in the bloodstream after eating a meal.

This supplement works to balance blood sugar levels. How quickly sugar is absorbed is directly related to metabolism and how much sugar you eat turns into fat. Balancing blood sugar is an effective way to manage your weight loss efforts. The supplement may also work to regenerate healthy cells in the body to improve overall health. It is most popular for its well-known weight loss results, though.

The recommended dosage for this supplement is 800mg twice daily. Each dose will only contain about 15-25mg of caffeine (in relation, the average cup of coffee contains as much as 200mg!). You should look for pills that contain at least 50% chlorogenic acid and that contain no fillers or additives. With the popularity of this supplement, the market was flooded with cheap products that may be mostly filler and therefore less effective. The pills are safe and were shown to have little to no side effects in research studies.
