The strengthened tissue here can include bones and other connective muscles. Maintenance of good and healthy body weight is another benefit of exercise. It burns all unnecessary fat in a woman body and leaves only lean muscle.

Exercise enhances the relaxation and sleeping tendencies of a person. It helps in relieving stress from the body and other forms of negative energy. Exercise does away with depression too and improves appearance of one. Exercise is also very crucial for proper delivery of babies. Therefore, adapting to a healthy life style is one of the best decisions that one can make today.
